Clearance Requirements
Following a phone call where an explanation of how we work and costs involved for us to carry out a house clearance, Eaglestones House Clearance were appointed to clear out contents from a 4 bed property in the Blackpool area.
The customer requested that a few items were to stay and have been clearly marked with post it notes, these items were included in the sale of the property following clearance. All other house contents were to be cleared including contents from the attic and a garage.
Clearance Overview
A team of 3 men arrived at 9am to carry out the work, fully uniformed and in this case were equipped with face coverings, gloves and have been regularly hand sanitising due to the current situation of COVID-19. The team staying within social distancing took a look around the property and advised the customer that more than 1 van load would be needed to fully clear the property and would take until later that afternoon.
The customer understood and stated there was 45 years of clutter within the property, the team were left with a set of keys and undertook the clearance. The house contents were packed and segregated professionally and the clearance was completed by 5pm.
Disposal of Contents
Most of the house contents were in great condition therefore were fit for charity donations, the team took time to categorise a lot of contents that were recycled at a pro recycling centre.
