WE USE LARGE FURNITURE LUTON VANS AS BELOW

We use large (unmarked for your discretion) luton vans, they are the largest vans in their class up to 3.5 tonnes.

They measure 14ft in length with a light weight luton box. Hi-cube body 180′ degrees with a huge 22 cubic metre volume, lower chassis for quicker and easy loading. They are able to hold between 1–1.5 tonne of waste and are always maintained to a high standard to ensure that they are able to carry out efficient clearances.

Did You Know?

  • As part of our service we also provide a cleaning service for an additional fee if needed, this can help if the property is going up for sale or rent once cleared.
  • Out of all the house contents we clear, we donate most of it to charity, anything that can not be donated will be forwarded to a recycling centre where it is then recycled to be re-used in the future. Therefore everything we clear will be re-used.

How Much Does House Clearance Cost?

To give you an idea of the costs of a house clearance on average it costs us around £180-£280 to dispose of a van load of contents legally, all our fleet of vans carry 3 members of staff to ensure quick and efficient clearance, we pay our staff a fair wage for the hard work they carry out, this now takes the cost of a house clearance to around £405-£505 (depending on disposal of contents cost).

We now have to factor the cost of fuel to a job and back and forth to recycling centres, storage facilities and back to base, to fill one of our vans full of fuel now costs around £150, Therefore we will say £75 per clearance (half a tank of fuel). The cost of doing a house clearance is now at around £480-£580.

Baring in mind we have to cover the costs of our license and insurance, maintenance of vans, equipment such as gloves etc the total cost for us to clearing a house legally and professionally is around £580-£680.

How Do I Organise A House Clearance?

The first step is to contact us either by email: rwrpropertyclearance@gmail.com or Quick Quote By Email Or Call FREE, we will ask a few simple questions and explain how we work.

If you choose our company to carry out your house clearance we will arrange a date and time best for you and then confirm everything by email (booking confirmation in writing) so that all is understood and booked formerly.

We would then turn up on the agreed day and time and complete the house clearance as instructed, once and only when completed we will provide you with an invoice for the work carried out., the invoice will hold our company details (license number etc) and will explain we have cleared and take full responsibility for the disposal of contents from your property.

We ask for our invoice to be settled by either direct bank transfer or a card payment.

How & When Do I Pay?

We ask for payment upon completion of a house clearance, all our teams have have the facilities to take payments in cash, cheque, debit card, credit card or direct bank transfer on the day.
