Clearance Requirements
We were contacted by a guy that needed to clear out his mothers house so it could be put up for sale. The property was a 3 bedroom house all contents were to be cleared out the property and the shed leaving the carpets and curtains.
Clearance Overview
Our team agreed to meet the customer at the property at 9am to allow them entry into the property. The clearance was carried out by 3 member of our fully uniformed staff in one our large furniture luton vans.
3 van loads of contents were cleared from the property each van load carrying one tonne. The team gave the customer a call 30 minutes before they were finishing to give him time to get back to the property. Our team had cleared and disposed of all contents by 2pm and the house was ready to be put up for sale.
Disposal of Contents
There was a lot of modern goods within the property that were passed onto a local charity. A lot of bedding and electricals were donated to a housing association along with cutlery and small bric a brac.
