We were contacted by family in Ireland that had the hard task of clearing a late family members property in the Kilmarnock area. They were unable to be present for the clearance so had asked if we could collect keys from the estate agents near by and hand back the keys upon completion of the clearance.
Clearance Overview
Our team collected keys from the estate agents and got a start on the clearance at 9am. The guys took photographs of the property before they started and once it had been cleared to send to the family as they were not present. We completed the clearance in 2 van loads leaving only the curtains floor coverings and any medical equipment so it could be collected by the local hospital.
Disposal of Contents
The house was filled with the usual house hold items such as white goods, cutlery, sofas, beds and so on. The property had been heavily smoked in meaning not much could be donated. Most of the contents from this property were taken down to a professional recycling centre so it could be segregated and disposed of. The whitegoods were taken down to a local charity shop to be donated as they were in re-usable condition.
