Clearance Requirements
We were contacted by a women that had sold her family home and needed to get it emptied soon as possible so that the new owners could move in. The property was a 4 bedroom house with a garage, they also had a greenhouse and shed in the rear garden to be cleared out.
Clearance Overview
Our team arrived at 9am which was agreed by the customer to meet a family member who allowed the guys entry into the property to carry out the clearance. The customer who had arranged the clearance wasn’t able to be present on the day of the clearance so had asked for photos of the property once it had been cleared. All remaining contents in the proper were to be cleared including all whitegoods. Our guys cleared out 3 van loads from the property each van load holding a tonne of weight. Luckily the recycling centre was just 15 minutes down the road meaning the guys could get the job done nice and quick for the family.
Disposal of Contents
The guys loaded up the first 2 van loads with stuff that was not able to be reused or donated and took those down to the recycling centre, on the last van load they loaded up with donatable contents such as whitegoods, kitchen cutlery, TVs and arranged with a local charity shop to get those donated.
